Welcome to Thoughtful Picks. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Thoughtful Picks. Thoughtful Picks operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to sell products featuring our own original, made-to-order designs (the “Services”). Thoughtful Picks is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced in them (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
Our products feature our own original designs and are made to order by our US-based production partner. While we make every effort to display products accurately, colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing or engraving processes.
Product descriptions, availability and pricing may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. If we decline an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it; after that, it goes into production and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds and replacements are covered by our Refund Policy.
All purchases are intended for personal use and not for resale.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorise us to charge your selected payment method.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates, as set out in our Shipping Policy. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or a full refund, as described in that policy.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including text, graphics, images, logos and designs, is owned by or licensed to Thoughtful Picks and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not use, reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

Thoughtful Picks is powered by Shopify. All transactions are between you and Thoughtful Picks. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales or products purchased through our store.

Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
Any feedback you submit may be used by us without restriction or compensation. You confirm you have the right to submit such feedback.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to cancel orders if information is inaccurate. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will refund you in full.
